Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field
8–15 years of experience in retail fashion project management, store rollout, or operations
Requirements:

Experience managing end-to-end retail projects, from design to execution
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
Familiarity with fashion industry trends, store layouts, and merchandising standards
