Requirements / Qualifications
– Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry, preferably in precast
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
– Well-versed in Primavera with good understanding of AutoCAD
– Skilled in preparing project schedules from preliminary to final, including resource and cost loading
– Experience in tracking, updating, and revising project programs
– Strong knowledge of time impact analysis, EOT claims, and KPI-based reporting
– Ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients for planning updates
– Proficient in MS Office with strong attention to detail and communication skills
– UAE driving license, DM-registered SOE certificate, and precast experience are plus points
