What you’ll do:
Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple businesses
Build smart strategies, SOPs & KPIs that actually work
Drive efficiency, productivity & cost optimization
Lead expansion plans & scale operations across sectors
Handle UAE compliance like a pro – licensing, renewals, labor, immigration, VAT & more
Liaise with government authorities, free zones & key stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
7+ years UAE operations experience (non-negotiable)
Strong knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone & Offshore structures
Experience managing multiple businesses at once
Strategic thinker + hands-on executor
Calm, sharp, and unshakable in fast-paced environments
