Key Responsibilities:
Supervise mechanical installation works for industrial and PEB construction projects.
Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and engineering specifications to ensure proper project execution.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and project teams on technical matters.
Prepare and review technical documentation including RFIs, MIRs, WPRs, and meeting reports.
Monitor mechanical construction progress and ensure work aligns with project schedules.
Conduct technical meetings and support project coordination activities.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering regulations, and quality requirements.
Support project teams with variation order reviews and claim documentation.
Perform risk assessments and assist in resolving technical issues during project execution.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical site supervision or technical coordination roles.
Strong experience working on industrial projects including factories, warehouses, and PEB buildings.
Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is mandatory.
Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, MS Office, Microsoft Teams, HAP Calculation, Duct Sizer, and other mechanical engineering tools.
Familiarity with technical documentation including RFI, MIR, WPR, IFC drawings, shop drawings, MOM documentation, and variation order review.
Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 9,000 – SAR 13,000 per month based on Saudi Arabia industrial construction market standards for Mechanical Site Engineers with 5+ years of experience.
