Job Title: Lead Electrical QA/QC Engineer

Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Engineering Graduates/PG (Electrical Engineering) or Diploma
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of Electrical QA/QC experience
At least 7+ years in power plants, energy, or EPC projects in a leading role (for Bachelor’s Degree holders)
Minimum 15+ years of total experience for Diploma holders
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of electrical QA/QC standards and procedures
Experience in power plants, energy sector, or EPC projects
Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE, ISO, etc.)
Ability to review inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documents
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Proficiency in documentation and reporting
