Description:
Care and Cure Medical Center LLC is currently seeking a capable and experienced Clinic Administrator to become part of its healthcare operations team in Umm Al Quwain. This position is suitable for an organized and detail-oriented professional who has previous experience managing administrative and operational activities within a clinic or hospital environment.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the clinic’s daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role involves coordinating with medical professionals, administrative staff, insurance providers, and the accounts department to ensure high-quality service delivery and proper operational management. The candidate will also be responsible for managing patient administration processes, financial reporting, and procurement coordination.

Requirements
• Previous experience working in clinic or hospital administration
• Knowledge of patient administration procedures and billing processes
• Experience managing insurance approvals, claims processing, and revenue cycle management
• Ability to handle cash transactions, manage collections, and prepare financial reports
• Experience in inventory control and coordinating procurement activities
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities
• Capability to work closely with medical staff, accounting teams, and insurance companies

Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage daily clinic operations and administrative functions
• Oversee patient registration procedures, billing activities, and insurance-related processes
• Coordinate procurement and supply management for medical and non-medical items
• Track clinic expenses and assist with financial monitoring and reporting
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and administrative documentation
