Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes, shipping documentation, and logistics operations
Experience handling air freight, sea freight, and land transportation coordination
Familiarity with import/export procedures and customs clearance documentation
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics or ERP systems
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
