Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Good understanding of recruitment techniques and candidate sourcing strategies
• Experience handling both local and global recruitment processes
• Previous experience with a recruitment firm or consultancy is an advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Candidates with recruitment experience from their home country who are new in the UAE are welcome to apply
