Job Title: Senior Manager – Quantity Surveying
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Graduate / Engineering Graduates/PG in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
Experience: 8–12 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or construction project management
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects
Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysis
Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for smooth execution
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior surveyors and team members
Ensure compliance with industry standards, contracts, and regulations
