Procurement Manager
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage procurement strategies for high-rise construction projects.
Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement planning.
Ensure timely procurement of construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost optimization.
Coordinate with project teams to support project delivery timelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
10–15 years of procurement experience in construction projects.
Proven experience supporting high-rise or tower construction developments.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
