Senior Human Resources Manager
Job Location : Doha, Qatar
Job Details :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or managerial HR role.
• Strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law and HR practices in the GCC.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex employee relations and organizational development initiatives.
