Payment applications
Quantity take-offs
Variations
Contract notices
Claims management
Requirements for the position include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
8+ years of construction experience, preferably in residential or commercial projects
Experience working with contractors, developers, or PMCs
Knowledge and work experience of UAE construction practices
MRICS, RICS, or AIQS membership is an advantage
Preference for candidates currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining
