Key Responsibilities:
Lead interior design development for high-rise residential apartment projects from concept to completion.
Develop detailed layouts, lighting concepts, material selections, and interior design specifications.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless design execution.
Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and visualization concepts for project stakeholders.
Manage design documentation including drawings, specifications, and project design schedules.
Oversee custom furniture design, interior installations, and finishing selections.
Ensure interior design complies with safety standards, building codes, and project guidelines.
Review design drawings and collaborate with technical teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
Monitor project progress and ensure design quality standards are maintained during implementation.
Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design discipline.
Experience
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in interior design.
At least 5 years of experience working on residential apartment projects in the UAE.
Proven experience managing high-rise residential design projects independently.
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in residential layouts, lighting design, material selection, and custom furniture development.
Proficiency in professional design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, or similar software.
Ability to produce design documentation and technical drawings.
