Position: Clinical Pharmacist

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with Valid DHA/MOH License as a Clinical Pharmacist
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000 (estimated)

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and review medication prescriptions to ensure safe, accurate, and effective drug therapy for patients.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans.
Monitor patient responses to medications and provide recommendations when adjustments are required.
Provide clinical guidance regarding medication use, potential drug interactions, and appropriate dosing.
Support the implementation of hospital pharmacy policies and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation related to pharmaceutical care and medication therapy management.
Contribute to maintaining high standards of patient safety and pharmaceutical care across the hospital.

Requirements:
Valid DHA or MOH License as a Clinical Pharmacist (mandatory).
Open to candidates of all nationalities.
Strong leadership abilities with the capability to guide and support pharmacy-related clinical decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
