Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proven experience with a construction contractor specializing in roads and infrastructure projects
Experience in planning, scheduling, and controlling plant operations and heavy equipment across multiple sites
Requirements:
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and resources efficiently
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
Understanding of safety regulations and construction best practices
