Purchase Engineer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Source and purchase steel, raw materials, tools, and construction materials for fabrication and manufacturing
• Identify and evaluate suppliers while negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and process purchase orders with accurate specifications, quantities, and pricing
• Maintain purchase records, contracts, and supplier documentation
• Coordinate with inventory teams to monitor stock levels and ensure efficient material usage
• Monitor procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure purchased materials meet quality, safety, and industry standards
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery time
• Coordinate with logistics teams for timely material delivery to production sites or warehouses
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations Demographics
Requirements / Qualifications :
• Experience in procurement within engineering or steel fabrication industry
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of procurement procedures and cost control
• Good coordination and communication skills
