Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify employee timesheets and overtime records to ensure accuracy.
Process monthly payroll and maintain accurate ERP system records.
Handle payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries efficiently.
Prepare Annual Leave salaries and End of Service (EOS) calculations.
Maintain payroll reports, records, and payslips for organizational compliance.
Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal payroll policies.
Support ad hoc payroll audits and reporting requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in UAE or MENA region.
Demonstrated experience in managing payroll cycles, timesheets, and compensation calculations.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll ERP systems.
Knowledge of End of Service (EOS) calculations, leave management, and payroll reporting.
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Certifications (Optional for Career Growth)
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
ERP/HRIS system training certifications
