Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including payroll, attendance, and employee records.
Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad regulations.
Manage HR processes and coordinate with outsourcing agencies efficiently.
Support employee relations, resolve queries, and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Implement and improve HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics to drive operational efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 3–6 years in HR Operations and Employee Relations, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
Proven experience managing HR processes and external HR service providers.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
Proficiency in HR platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Certifications (Optional)
HR professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) can enhance career progression.
