Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business /commerce/ management or equivalent.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in manpower planning, workforce planning, or resource planning.
Develop and maintain short-term and long-term manpower plans aligned with business and project requirements.
Experience and working knowledge of Oracle ERP.
Prior experience in Oil & Gas will be preferred.
