Description:
Sprint Logistic Services LLC is actively looking for a skilled Operation Executive – Sea Freight to join their Dubai Head Office. This role is designed for a logistics professional who is well-versed in import and export procedures and has hands-on experience managing sea freight operations in the UAE.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end sea freight operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining smooth coordination with clients, shipping lines, and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and professional logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle import and export documentation and procedures efficiently.
Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and clients to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
Maintain accurate records of freight operations and provide regular reports to management.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and company policies.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong knowledge of sea freight operations and logistics procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
3–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE logistics industry.
