Key Responsibilities:
Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instruments
Maintain and monitor PLC and SCADA systems
Interpret P&ID drawings and loop diagrams for diagnostics and system checks
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Identify faults and implement corrective solutions efficiently
Maintain documentation of maintenance and calibration records
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for system optimization

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Diploma or ITI in Instrumentation or relevant technical field
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial, water treatment, or utility projects
Hands-on experience in calibration and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems

Technical Knowledge:
Working knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems
Ability to read and interpret P&ID and loop diagrams
Understanding of industrial control systems and automation processes

Skills:
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good technical reporting and documentation ability
Ability to work independently and within technical teams

Other Requirements:
Valid Qatar ID mandatory

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 4,500 – 7,000 per month (based on Instrumentation Technician roles in Qatar with 3–5 years of industrial experience)
