Enterprise Architect
Focus Areas: TOGAF, Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, IT Strategy, Capability Mapping
Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise architecture strategy and governance frameworks
Lead digital and cloud transformation initiatives
Design and implement scalable, secure technology solutions
Align IT capabilities with business objectives
Oversee cloud-native architecture and DevOps implementation
Develop data governance, analytics, and reporting frameworks
Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory standards
Collaborate with C-level stakeholders and business leaders

Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience:
Minimum 12+ years of professional IT experience
Mandatory Big 4 consulting experience
Proven experience in enterprise-level transformation programs

Technical Expertise:
Deep expertise in relevant architecture, cloud, IoT, or data technologies (role-specific)
Strong understanding of enterprise IT governance frameworks

Certifications:
TOGAF, Azure certifications, PMP, or other relevant certifications are an advantage

Skills:
Strong leadership and strategic thinking
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic preferred)
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Nationality Preference:
Arab Nationals preferred
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 30,000 – 55,000 per month (depending on role and enterprise experience level within the Middle East market)
