Key Responsibilities
Monitor Nokia telecom systems and Satellite Gateway infrastructure
Perform first-level (L1) troubleshooting and incident resolution
Escalate complex issues to higher support levels as per SOP
Analyze alarms, logs, and performance metrics
Ensure network uptime and service availability
Maintain incident reports and operational documentation
Coordinate with field engineers and technical teams
Follow standard operating procedures and escalation matrices

Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Experience
Experience in NOC operations within telecom environments
Hands-on exposure to Nokia telecom systems
Experience in Satellite Gateway monitoring preferred

Technical Knowledge
Understanding of telecom network architecture
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and alarm systems
Knowledge of incident management processes

Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in shift-based NOC environments
Attention to detail and operational discipline

Must be authorized to work in Saudi Arabia

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 6,000 – 9,000 per month (based on L1 NOC Engineer roles in Saudi Arabia telecom sector)
