Accountant

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline
• Between 2 to 5 years of practical accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience managing general ledger activities, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions
• Proficiency in accounting software along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of VAT regulations and UAE tax compliance procedures
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions
• Prepare financial reports and assist with periodic financial closing activities
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
• Support general ledger maintenance and reconciliation tasks
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and applicable UAE financial laws
• Assist management with financial analysis and reporting requirements
• Contribute to maintaining strong internal financial controls and procedures
