Job Title: Barista / Café Shift Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
Higher Secondary School & Equivalent or Diploma
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in cafés, coffee shops, or hospitality industry
Previous supervisory experience required for Shift Supervisor role
Must currently reside in Kuwait with a transferable (immediate-transfer) visa
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Leadership and team management skills (for Shift Supervisor)
Flexible to work shifts
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Handle cash transactions and POS systems
Supervise daily café operations and staff (for Shift Supervisor)
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management
