Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in UAE / GCC markets
Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes and HR software
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, and talent acquisition best practices
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to screen, interview, and assess candidates effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
