Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, software errors, and hardware failures.
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords as needed.
• Document support procedures, solutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
