Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed ELV cost estimates and BOQs
• Support tendering and bid preparation processes
• Perform technical and commercial evaluation of project requirements
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope documents
• Estimate costs for CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, AV, and BMS
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitability of estimates
• Assist in vendor pricing, comparisons, and budgeting
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of GCC experience in ELV estimation
Technical Expertise:
• Strong experience in:
CCTV Systems
Access Control Systems
Structured Cabling
Audio-Visual (AV) Systems
Building Management Systems (BMS)
Core Competencies:
• Tendering & bid preparation
• BOQ preparation
• Cost estimation & budgeting
• Technical evaluation
• Drawing & specification interpretation
Skills:
• Strong commercial understanding
• Excellent coordination & analytical skills
• Ability to interpret technical documentation accurately
