Job Position – Finance Manager
Company Name – Almadina Group
Location : Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 10,000 – 20,000 (Based on Experience)
With strong expertise in FP&A and Credit Control within Retail/CPG environments to join our growing finance team.

Key Responsibilities
Budgeting & Forecasting (FP&A)
-Lead annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts (P&L & Cash Flow)
-Perform variance analysis with actionable insights
-Develop retail driver-based financial models (NOB, ATV, GP%, Shrinkage, Labor%)
-Publish weekly flash reports and management dashboards
-Support pricing strategy, promotions, and store performance analysis
-Conduct scenario planning (Base / Optimistic / Conservative) Credit Control & Receivables
-Manage credit policy, onboarding, and DSO monitoring
-Lead collections, aging reviews, and cash flow discussions
-Ensure VAT-compliant invoicing and dispute resolution
-Prepare ECL provisions (IFRS 9) and bad-debt recommendations Process & Compliance
-Strengthen SOPs and internal financial controls
-Support VAT and Corporate Tax compliance
-Train operational teams on finance KPIs

Requirements
-CA / ACCA / CMA (or finalist)
-5–10 years of Retail/CPG finance experience (FP&A + AR/Credit Control)
-Advanced Excel & financial modeling skills
-Strong knowledge of IFRS (including IFRS 9 basics) and UAE VAT
-Corporate Tax exposure is an advantage
