Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of the beauty center, spa, and fitness facilities.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and service standards.
Financial & Business Development
Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and P&L.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and service expansions.
Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Team Leadership & HR
Lead, train, and motivate a large multicultural team.
Ensure effective staff scheduling, performance reviews, and succession planning.
Foster a positive and professional work culture.
Customer Experience & Brand
Ensure outstanding customer service and handle escalations.
Maintain La Plus Belle’s reputation as a luxury beauty destination.
Oversee marketing initiatives and brand-building strategies.
Reporting & Compliance
Report regularly to management on business performance.
Ensure compliance with local labor, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in a senior managerial role (beauty, luxury retail, hospitality, or wellness industry).
Strong business acumen with financial management experience.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
Bilingual (Arabic & English) is an advantage.
