Marketing Manager

Responsibilities :
• Strategic Development: Define marketing goals and KPIs that align with overall business objectives to ensure a clear focus on pipeline growth and partner engagement.
• Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the Sales team to track opportunity conversion rates and optimize demand generation efforts, supporting both new customer acquisition and retention of existing customers.
• Market Understanding: Articulate product and solution information in the context of cybersecurity challenges and business value, effectively moving prospects through the sales cycle.
• Program Development: Take the lead in developing channel partner programs and activities that drive engagement and results, specifically tailored to the cybersecurity market.
• Tactical Alignment: Align tactical marketing plans with broader marketing strategies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all initiatives.
• Adaptability: Remain adaptable to changing market conditions and organizational requirements, demonstrating flexibility in approach and execution.
• Tracking Success: Comfortable aligning marketing plans with tangible business outcomes using campaign tracking tools.

• Proven experience in marketing preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, partner business models, and the buyer’s journey.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
