Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in hotels, facilities management, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects
Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary maintenance teams (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing)
Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, CMMS, and safety standards
Requirements:
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance activities effectively
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance requirements
Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office
Ability to work under pressure and ensure minimal downtime of operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
