Dar Al Salam Educational Company is seeking a highly competent and motivated Hardware & Networking Technician to support our IT operations in Jaleeb Al-Shuyoukh, Kuwait.

Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, servers, and networking systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and network security
- Provide technical support to staff and ensure smooth daily IT operations
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and backups

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Kuwait
- Strong knowledge of hardware and networking concepts
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with firewalls and network security systems
- Knowledge of CCTV installation and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Familiarity with school IT systems, smart classrooms, and educational software
- Basic knowledge of servers and access control systems is an advantage
