Job Title: BIM Coordinator
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering
3–8 years of experience in BIM coordination for construction or infrastructure projects
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM software
Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and construction documentation
Knowledge of MEP, structural, and architectural disciplines
Requirements:
Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards, and workflows
Ability to coordinate between multiple disciplines and stakeholders
Knowledge of 3D modeling, clash detection, and model updates
Good communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills
Ability to work under project deadlines and manage multiple models simultaneously
