Job Title: HSE Officer Civil
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Safety Management, or Environmental Science
NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification is advanatge
3+ years of HSE experience in civil construction projects
Experience with site-based HSE management, inspections, and compliance monitoring
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of civil construction safety standards and risk management practices
Ability to conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
Familiarity with permit-to-work (PTW) systems, JSA, and emergency procedures
Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills
Ability to work in challenging site-based environments
Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
