Project Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Details :
• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry.
• 5-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing high-rise residential/commercial towers and 5-star hotel projects exceeding USD 100 million in budget.
• Strong technical knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and construction practices.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, must be able to independently control a large team of technical staff and workforce
• Excellent communication Skills.
• Familiarity with relevant local building codes and regulations.
