Admin Coordinator
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle day-to-day administrative operations efficiently.
• Manage documentation, correspondence, and filing systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare reports, memos, and meeting schedules.
• Assist in HR and general office coordination when required.
Requirements :
• UAE National (Emirati)
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
