Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Manage transport and logistics-related inquiries, updates, and coordination
Use call center software and CRM systems to log calls and track cases
Resolve customer issues and escalate when required
Maintain accurate records and follow standard operating procedures
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Call Center Agent
Mandatory: Experience in transport or logistics sector
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with call center software and CRM systems
Language Skills:
Arabic: Fluent (Mandatory)
English: An advantage
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple calls
Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred

AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month
