Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in international logistics sales or coordination (mandatory)
Requirements:
Proven experience in international logistics and freight forwarding
Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs clearance, and import/export regulations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams
Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales activities and support international logistics operations
Manage client inquiries, quotations, and bookings
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities
Prepare reports on sales, shipments, and customer feedback
