Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or Civil Engineering
5+ years of experience in architectural engineering or building projects
Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, and construction methods
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and technical details
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integration
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and project specifications
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is followed during construction
Support project planning, coordination, and technical problem-solving
Assist in value engineering and design optimization
