Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a site supervisor in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in the UAE
Familiarity with site operations, safety regulations, and quality standards
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are executed according to plans and specifications
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow
Monitor work progress, resource allocation, and material usage on site
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Report project status, incidents, and challenges to project management
Train, guide, and manage site staff and laborers
Assist in scheduling, site inspections, and quality control activities
