Call Center Operator
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Job details;
• Answer calls and respond.
• Handle customer inquiries over the phone.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Enter new customer information into system
• Update existing customer information
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route calls to appropriate resource
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Complete call logs
• Produce call reports
• Complying with UMC OSH Policy and rules and regulations.
• Ensure correctly using tools, equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with agreed safe work practices.
• Aware about the reporting of OSH hazards, incidents and issues.
Salary: AED1.00 per month
