This role is ideal for skilled IT professionals who can provide advanced desktop support, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure smooth end-user IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Desktop & Laptop Support:
-Hardware troubleshooting & diagnostics
-OS support (Windows 10/11, macOS)
-Software installation & configuration
-Device performance optimization

Technical Troubleshooting:
-System crashes & boot issues
-Network & printer problems
-Peripheral & application errors
-Root cause analysis & resolution

Windows & Active Directory:
-User account & group management
-GPO administration
-Domain join & profile management
-Access permissions & security

Software Management:
-Application deployment & updates
-License management & compliance
-Vendor coordination & support

Hardware Maintenance:
-RAM & HDD upgrades
-Component replacement
-Asset & inventory management

Network Connectivity Support:
-Wi-Fi, LAN & VPN troubleshooting
-IP, DNS & network printer setup
-Drive mapping & connectivity issues

Email & Collaboration Tools:
-Outlook, Exchange & Office 365
-Mailbox & mobile email configuration
-Sync & access issue resolution

Remote Access & VPN:
-VPN & Remote Desktop support
– VDI & remote user assistance

Security & Compliance:
-Antivirus & malware protection
-Patch management
-Endpoint security compliance

Mobile Device Support:
-Smartphone & tablet support
-MDM solutions
-Corporate email setup

Requirements:
-5+ years of desktop support experience
-Strong Windows & Active Directory skills
-Excellent troubleshooting & communication skills
-Experience with hardware, software & networking
-UAE-based candidates preferred
