Source and attract new tenants through marketing, networking and maintain the KPIs, implement best industry practices to ensure quality services.
Handle tenant inquiries and conduct property tours for prospective clients.
Prepare and negotiate leasing proposal to potential client and share terms and conditions in line with company policies.
Prepare lease agreements, addendums and other related documents and ensure timely renewal of existing lease and manage expirations effectively.
Maintain updated records of all lease agreements, tenants and occupancy data.
Build and maintain storge relationships with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Address tenant concerns or issues in coordination with department head and conduct meetings for the tenant’s feedback.
Monitor market trends, rental rates and competitor activities
Provide management with reports, forecasts and performance analysis.
Handle any additional task requesting by line manager or department head.
