We are hiring a skilled Network Support Engineer to support enterprise IT operations across desktop support, network infrastructure, and end-user services. Key Responsibilities
Network Support:
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
Monitor network performance and security, resolving connectivity and performance issues
Implement and manage network access controls to ensure compliance and security
Collaborate with network administrators on network upgrades and expansions
Network Infrastructure Management:
Assist in designing and implementing scalable network infrastructure
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and change records
Conduct regular network audits and vulnerability assessments
Technical & Desktop Support:
Provide remote and on-site technical support to end-users
Resolve IT issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
Track hardware and software assets, ensuring licensing and policy compliance
IT Security
Enforce IT security policies on end-user devices and network infrastructure
Safeguard systems against cyber threats and unauthorized access
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: Proven experience as a Network Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer
Technical Skills:
Desktop OS: Windows, macOS, Linux
Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
Network equipment configuration (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)
Environment:
Experience working in wireless network environments
Strong customer support and communication skills
Soft Skills:
Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork
Certifications (Preferred):
Cisco CCNA or other relevant networking certifications
