Job Title: HSE Officer (MEP Background)
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate in Engineering, Safety Management, or related field
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roles
Experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects preferred
HSE certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH) will be an advantage
Requirements:
Implement, monitor, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulations on MEP projects
Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits to identify hazards
Investigate incidents and accidents and prepare reports with corrective actions
Ensure compliance with local laws, codes, and project safety requirements
Maintain accurate records of HSE activities and reporting metrics
Strong knowledge of HSE standards, regulations, and best practices
Experience in MEP construction projects or industrial installations
Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills
