Now Hiring: Technical Support Technician
ZKTeco Middle East is looking for a skilled and dependable Technical Support Technician to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electronic security systems and a customer-focused approach to providing technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair access control and biometric security systems
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for clients and internal teams
Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient service delivery
Maintain detailed service records and stay updated with product developments
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience
Based in Dubai, UAE
Proficient in access control and electronic security systems
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
UAE Driving License is preferred
