Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative (External Customer Services)

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
3–6 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles
Experience in handling external customers, client accounts, or service operations

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently
Proficiency in CRM tools or customer service software
Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude

Location : Ajman, UAE | AED 5,100 + incentives (can exceed AED 1,000)
