HR Manager
Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compensation & benefits
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with UAE/GCC labour laws
• Lead organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide strategic HR guidance to management and stakeholders
• Mentor and manage the HR team while ensuring compliance and confidentiality
Qualifications :
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience with proven leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Certified HR professional (MBA / CIPD / SHRM / HRCI or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC Labour Laws, HR compliance, and best practices
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
