Key Responsibilities

Drive enterprise sales for Microsoft solutions in the Qatar market, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and AI platforms.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting key enterprise accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders.
Deliver consultative selling solutions aligned with business needs and technical requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to adjust sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with Qatar’s procurement and regulatory requirements.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, including revenue, margin, and customer retention KPIs.

Requirements & Qualifications

10+ years of IT enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of success.
4+ years of focused experience on Microsoft products and solutions.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft licensing, cloud adoption, and AI integration.
Strong consultative selling and account management skills.
Familiarity with Qatar’s business environment, procurement processes, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies or enterprise sales strategies are highly desirable.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated): QAR 450,000 – QAR 650,000 per annum (based on role, Qatar location, and experience)
Compensation Type: Annual
